Penny began working for Malone, Dirubbo & Company, P.C. in September 1984. During 1990 she became certified by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and was made a partner in the firm in 1995.

Services to clients include:
• Auditing of small businesses and not for profit organizations
• Preparation of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements
• Preparation of corporate, partnership, LLC and individual tax returns
• Management advisory services

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science - Southern New Hampshire University
• American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants
