Malone, Dirubbo & Company, PC‘s top priority has always been to deliver superior service to our clients. The global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 is presenting difficult choices for many businesses. MDC is keeping the safety & health of our team and clients at the forefront of all business decisions we make.
Effective immediately we’re putting the following guidelines in place until further notice:
Meetings/office visits – please call us ahead of time to schedule an office visit. Some meetings may have to be an online meeting so please be sure to call. All Clients will be required to wear a mask while inside our office(s).
Documents – MDC has the technology available to transfer every document electronically with you. If you are able, please take advantage of this method and avoid in-person visits to our office. The good news is that this technological capability enables everyone on our team to work seamlessly from remote locations. We will be available as always; your emails and phone calls will be answered as usual, and your MDC team will be working to meet your needs and produce your deliverables in all the ways you have come to expect from us. If you have any difficulty getting set up to use our electronic transfer method (Portals) please call the office for help.
- If you do not have the ability to transfer documents electronically with us, please use regular US mail, UPS, Fedex or place them in one of the secure document bins ourside of each office.
