Penny began working for Malone, Dirubbo & Company, P.C. in September 1984. During 1990 she became certified by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and was made a partner in the firm in 1995. She has focused her career on accounting and tax issues that affect small and medium size businesses and individuals.
Services to clients include:
- Auditing of small and medium sized businesses and not for profit organizations
- Preparation of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements
- Preparation of corporate, partnership, LLC and individual tax returns
- Management advisory services
- Design and implementation of computerized and manual accounting systems

- Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science – Southern New Hampshire University
- American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
- New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants
